Delete your account

In the app (immediate)

• Open Minibooks Business and go to Settings.
• Under Account, tap Delete account.
• Choose whether to keep your records on this phone or remove them. Your account is deleted at once. You need an internet connection.

If you own a business with a team

A business with other members belongs to the whole team, so it is not deleted with your account. While you own one, the account cannot be deleted: first, in Settings › Team, make another member the owner, or delete the business (Settings › Delete business). Then delete your account as above.

Without the app

Email support@exabyte.com.pk from the Google account you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Minibooks Businessaccount". We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm. We only act on requests from the account's own address, so nobody can delete someone else's account. If you own a business that has other members, tell us which member should become its owner, or that the business should be deleted with everything in it.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email, profile photo link and Google account ID
• Every business you own with no other members, with all of its books: its settings and logo, parties, accounts, items, entries and bills (deleted ones included), its activity log and its invite links
• Your membership of other people's businesses
• Invite links you made that nobody has used
• Your signed-in sessions

What is kept

• In a business you were a member of but did not own, the entries, bills, parties and items you added, and its activity log of your changes. They are part of that business's books, which belong to its owner, and they stay for as long as the business does.
• Records on your phone, if you chose to keep them there. They stay until you remove them, uninstall the app or clear its storage.
• Our server logs, which record requests (type, path, result, timing) but not their contents.

Nothing else is kept. See the privacy policy for everything the app stores.
